The staff were extremely polite, everything was spotless and tidy, and the breakfasts were excellent. The on‑site restaurant and kitchen are available for guests to use again, which is great if you’re not in a hurry for a late departure. I definitely recommend this place.

We booked a 4‑bedroom room for 2550 UAH. When we arrived at the hotel, 35 minutes after booking, the room we had reserved was already occupied. They offered us two separate rooms for 4000 UAH, which felt like a scam. Even after pointing this out at reception, the room didn’t disappear from the booking system. Meanwhile, the parking lot was already full of five cars. We do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean and a one‑night stay was fine. I didn’t particularly like the décor—there were too many different fancy elements, dark synthetic carpets, and covers.

A great spot. My husband and I stayed here twice on our trips to Europe and back. The food was super tasty, portions were huge—one portion can feed two people. Special love for the potato pancakes. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had everything you need. The interior was nice, and the service was excellent. I recommend it.
