“Agradable. Muy buena ubicación”
The spot was great and the staff were super attentive, but the portable air‑con was annoying and there was no toiletries.
The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly, yet they vanished after check‑in. The room was tiny—claimed 22 m² but actually 12 m². Only one light worked, and it broke during the night. The door alarm kept going off and we had to follow a message to silence it. The air‑con made a loud noise. We asked for two separate beds but they were pushed together with no space. When I asked for a second blanket it never arrived. Breakfast consisted of ham, cheese, and bread in a small fridge, no coffee, just a sachet of tea.

The location is great, but the old building means the baseboards are loose, the bathroom clogs, the shower drain overflows and floods the room. No breakfast is offered. The balcony is not private to the room. Overall I felt misled by the listing and paid too much for something that doesn’t match the price.
