The breakfast offered a nice variety, and the chef and staff were very friendly and professional, even cooking fresh fried eggs on request. The reception team was welcoming and professional as well. The location was great, and we were surprised the next morning to see the Matterhorn sunrise from our room—a wonderful surprise! However, we paid almost CHF 500 for just about 12 hours, so the comfort level felt lower than expected. One of the beds for the double room was actually a sofa bed, which was disappointing, and there were no extra pillows or quilts in the room, making the sleep less comfortable than the price suggested.

The person who checked us in was amazing and he made us feel prepared and very safe. We had a wonderful time. The view of the Matterhorn and the herd of blackface sheep nearby felt so beautiful. The breakfast was beyond great and having a heated pool onsite plus a free-to-use washer dryer downstairs was amazing!!!! I am sharing a picture of the Matterhorn from our balcony and a picture of the blackface sheep. Each sheep wears a cowbell and you can hear every step they take. They are adorable!!. The only thing we didn’t like having to leave…. it was so fun there!!

The spot was spot-on, right next to the station and city centre. I liked the swimming pool and sauna, and breakfast was lovely. My 15‑year‑old son couldn’t use the sauna because it has a no‑swimsuit policy, which was a shame. I also found it inconvenient to keep changing my swimsuit every time I moved between the pool and the sauna.
