The place was nice and clean, but there was no first‑aid kit and although the description said it had a canal view, you can’t see anything unless you lean out of the windows.

The room was beautiful and the location superb; the staff were very pleasant and assisted with any questions, probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
