I appreciated the tasty meals, the variety of activities, and how attentive the staff were throughout my stay. In the room (number 120) I ran into a few issues: there was no bidet, the ceiling fan was wobbling and needed repair, the shower enclosure wasn’t as clean as it should be, and there was no soap dish. Those little things kept me from feeling completely comfortable.

The room was spotless and the garden looked nicely maintained, which was a plus. Unfortunately the pool area felt understaffed – the bar was often left unattended and nobody bothered to clear away the used glasses from the tables. With only two umbrellas and tables for the whole crowd, it got pretty cramped.

The staff were genuinely helpful and the recreation team kept the atmosphere lively and fun. The only let‑down was after meals – they only offered instant‑coffee style brews and didn’t have any freshly brewed coffee, which I missed. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

The dining options were solid and the overall layout of the property was decent. Getting to the hotel, however, was a hassle, and there’s a rusted metal frame near the paddle‑boat area that looks pretty neglected. Those details took away from an otherwise nice experience.

I liked the staff a lot and the food was really tasty. The only downside for me was the mattress – it’s a firm orthopedic type, and I personally prefer something softer to sleep on. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay.
