I never thought I'd be staying in what looks like a derelict building that used to be a Travelodge, yet it’s being marketed as a hotel under no franchise name. The place feels like a flop house for weekly rentals to addicts, and it’s downright scary. We arrived after the cancellation deadline, so we reluctantly took the keys and inspected a room, but I can’t even describe how abandoned it feels—like it’s been untouched for 20 years. We handed the keys back and left immediately, fearing for our family’s safety. This property should be removed from listings; it should only cater to its weak rental clientele and not pretend to be a normal hotel. I doubt it’s actually part of Wyndham and suspect they’re illegally using their signage.
