“Great value for money”
Many complaints here seem exaggerated. It’s a budget place in Indonesia, so if you want something fancy and modern, go to the expensive hotels. The bathroom needs some work, but it does the job. There’s a real sit‑down toilet with manual flushing—common and not a big deal—and the shower works, or you can bucket shower if you prefer. Either way, it gets the job done. The only issue I found was a clogged sink. The room is massive, with tile floors and A/C that works extremely well. They even include an extension cord that reaches far. The bed is comfy, with shelves and a mirror. The door locks from either side, making it super safe. Breakfast really amazed me for the price, with lots of food including fresh fruit. It’s pretty quiet in the afternoons for naps, but all night and early morning there is a lot of noise. Not the owners’ fault—neighbors blast music all hours and the mosque starts prayers at 4 am, followed by more loud music at 6 am. Not a problem if you’re not sensitive to noise.
