I love the location, the staff and the value for money.
The location is solid, with plenty of restaurants just around the corner. I’d stayed here alone before and it was fine, but with the family the experience fell short – the staff seemed a bit scattered and we were hit with extra taxes that weren’t shown online. Breakfast that used to be included was missing this time, which felt unfair. All in all, not the value we expected for a family trip.
“Lugar de passagem”
The rooms are spacious and airy, and the cleaning was spot‑on; there’s even a park right outside where my kid made a bunch of friends. Breakfast was decent and we didn’t see a single mosquito. On the downside, the staff only spoke English, there was no security at the entrance, and the rooms lacked a microwave and a chest of drawers for clothes. Some basic amenities could be added.
The place is straightforward and the staff were genuinely friendly. The only disappointment was that the advertised breakfast wasn’t actually included in the price. Otherwise, a simple, pleasant stay.
The room matched the photos, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the breakfast we thought was covered by the room rate turned out not to be offered, and the neighborhood is just average. So it’s okay if you’re not looking for anything fancy.
