The place was clean, but its location was far from everything. We asked for blankets, and they said they had already been used by other guests; the service was poor. The room resembled a hostel, with all the beds grouped together and only one bathroom.

The building looked fantastic from the outside, with bright colors that made you feel good. However, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable; after six nights we struggled to sleep because the mattress was hard and the pillows seemed old. We were charged 50 euros for arriving one hour late, even though our flight was delayed and we explained this to the staff, who seemed indifferent. We were disappointed because we had called ahead to explain the possibility of a delay, which ultimately happened.
