The location is convenient, 2 km from the city center, close to the river and a dining spot. The room had good blackout curtains, letting us settle in quickly and check out without hassle. The staff were pleasant, and we could have lunch at the motel, order beer from the on‑site brewery, or coffee. However, we rented a room advertised with a large double bed, but it actually had two single beds. The shower was scary because of mold, the tiles under the shower were chipped, and the water pressure was weak. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, the tap water was weak, and the room smelled stale. The bedding was in sheets that had been used before, and there were foreign hairs.
Good location. The common areas were not cleaned for three days, the plumbing and floor surfaces were in poor condition, and there was no air conditioning.

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. We booked two nights and arrived at 18:00. There was no water from the tap. When we asked, the staff said, “The beer is brewing, all the water is used for production, wait two hours and it'll be fine.” By 22:00 water still hadn't appeared, and the reason was now a decorative barrel over the entrance, then asphalt. The whole hotel seemed to have lost water. After a quarrel, water finally appeared after half an hour but with such low pressure that we had to wash on the floor. The night after, water vanished again and only returned at 7:15. Imagine waking at 6:00 to go hiking and finding no water—no shower, no toilet flush. The neighbors on the floor said they had to fill buckets to flush toilets. We thought it might be temporary, but it persisted. The management never mentioned this issue during booking, check‑in, or payment. I consider this disrespectful to guests and do not recommend the hotel. The furniture description claimed a double bed, but it was actually two single beds pushed together with a space between them.
Clean, the price matches the quality, and the room is spacious. The Wi‑Fi did not connect.
