The metro was close and there’s a wonderful Indian restaurant for breakfast nearby, but there was no wifi.

The street in front of the building was jammed with cars in traffic; every window faced the courtyard where someone with a whistle directed cars. Access to the rooms went past the windows. They asked for more forms than usual, claiming it was a government requirement, yet the front desk did the work. The staff seemed untrustworthy.
