“value for money!”
Very basic but good value for money; rooms are quiet and small, but fine if you just need a place to sleep.

The location was fantastic, and the staff were helpful whenever I needed anything. The bed was comfortable and the room size was acceptable for a solo traveler. Hot water lasted the whole shower (I take long showers). Loved that everything was within walking distance—shops, restaurants, venues, etc. The shower stall was a little small and had no shelving for toiletries, but that wasn't a big issue. The main problem was the lack of an elevator; there were only stairs and I was on the second floor, so it isn’t suitable for wheelchair users. Also, the lack of guest parking cost me nearly $80 for the duration of my stay.

I never actually stayed; I arrived at reception waiting for someone, so I left. I’m still waiting for my refund.

The accommodation was very accommodating and the owner/manager went above and beyond to meet all our needs, being very understanding and helpful. I can’t think of anything I disliked.

Nothing, never got to stay. I booked this hotel and within 10 minutes received a call telling me the room was not available and that I needed to contact for a full refund. I asked the man to process the cancellation from his end; he made a few clicks then lied and said he had done so, but I still needed to contact. When I reached out, I was told they would contact the hotel to confirm. It has now been a month and they have advised me that the hotel is not responding to their emails or calls and asked me to try to make contact. I have tried via phone, email, the app, and the “contact us” button on the hotel Facebook page and they are not responding to me either… an entire month has gone by and I want my money back!!! Absolute scam as far as I’m concerned.
