Breakfast was great, the attached restaurant had a beer garden, and the room was fine too; honestly, nothing was missing.

The room was spacious, had a bathtub and balcony, and the bedding was comfortable; the staff were very friendly and helpful, making the stay easy and pleasant. However, the value for money and overall standard fell below what one could reasonably expect at that price level—breakfast was very standard, the equipment was complete, the room was acceptable with a view of the parking lot, but that’s all.

The summer card was an awesome surprise for us, not to be underestimated, and we really appreciated it. Our room views were fantastic, and the overall state and decorations of the hotel were very good. The outdoor pool was nice, though there was slippery moss. The play area and garden were just perfect, with pathways into the forest. We had half‑board, and yes, the food was great, cakes in the middle of the day were good, and the staff were great! A highly appreciated point for me was the electric charging right on their parking. The heat was a problem: no air‑conditioning in rooms or in the restaurant (seated with the dog in a separate area). It was quite painful to sleep in 27‑28 degrees; airing was not enough to cool. The fan in the room helped a bit but not much. With the heat, there were also many wasps. For all our 6 days stay in Austria, most of the wasps we saw were at the hotel. Sadly our kid got stung twice, which was the worst part of our stay there. Not sure the hotel can do more against wasps, and definitely this won’t happen too much around the year.

The refrigerator was missing in the room, and the balconies were not spatially separated.
