Leider nichts. Leider war mein Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Wer Tegernseer Gemütlichkeit erwartet, ist hier völlig fehl am Platz. Das Hotel bietet keinerlei Komfort, die Möbel sind aus den siebziger Jahren und auch runter gewohnt. Die Bäder genau das selbe. Überall im Haus hängen DIN A4 Blätter mit Verhaltensregeln. Man kommt sich vor wie in einem Landschulheim. Das Frühstück war ausgesprochen dürftig, und der Kaffee war so dünn wie heiß gemachtes Wasser. Der Obstsalat war aus der Dose, abgepackte Leberwurst und ein paar Scheiben Käse, hinzu gab es noch ein paar Scheiben Billigwurst. Die Semmeln waren nach 1 Stunde schon aus. Alles wirkt ein wenig lieblos, was überhaupt nicht zum Tegernsee Stil passt. Der Frühstückssaal ist so nüchtern und unansprechend, dass man zusieht, dass man wieder rauskommt. Das ganze Mobiliar und die Gardinen wirken wie bunt zusammengewürfelt. Nichts passt zusammen. Es macht den Anschein, dass einfach nichts investiert wird und an allen Ecken und enden gespart wird. Schade

The room was nice and spacious and the breakfast was lovely, but there was a bit too little glassware.

The location is exceptional. The breakfast is very good. The staff are very nice. A bit dated, but with charm and a great price‑performance ratio.

I woke up to a decent breakfast, and the hotel’s location was spot on—just a few minutes walk to the lake, restaurants, and shops. The staff were flawless, no complaints at all. My ground‑floor room featured a large terrace and a very comfortable bed. However, the room itself was on the smaller side and faced the sun, so it got very hot during the day. The fridge in the room produced extreme heat, and because the room was already cramped, it felt like a sauna at times; the ceiling fan didn’t help much, and it never ran at full speed.
