My family and I had a wonderful time at this resort, enjoying the delicious dinner and breakfast, as well as the numerous facilities available. We appreciated that it was a great place to bring our kids and grandkids. However, we were a bit disappointed with the on-site onsen's early closing times, both in the evening and morning.

The hotel's morning scenery was breathtaking, and the Tenkai-no-yu onsen was very comfortable, but the food was a letdown.
