The rooms are excellent and comfortable, the service is excellent, though some common areas may feel hot.

The room was wonderful and very clean! When we were checking out, the staff told us that a pillowcase had a dirty stain, possibly from a marker, and we were asked to pay 400 pesos extra for something that would normally be cleaned. That seemed excessive since there was no damage.
