The team was absolutely fantastic, especially Tom who was super attentive, knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely kind—he and everyone else made the whole trip unforgettable! The place feels a bit secluded, yet the staff handled all our transport, meals and activities flawlessly, with perfect timing and clear communication. The room itself was spotless, warm, cozy, and offered breathtaking, authentic views that were simply spectacular.

The spot was perfect—right in nature with stunning scenery. The staff went above and beyond, always friendly and helpful, and they helped us find great local tours. The hotpot was a must‑try and the food was excellent. The only downside was the lack of hot water, which added a bit of a rustic vibe but didn’t ruin the experience.

Good luck finding a gem like this—this is just one of a kind! You just cannot beat the views from every angle of the property. The staff is incredibly kind, accommodating and skilled, giving their absolute best to make your stay unforgettable. This is well worth spending your money on! You won't find anything like this anytime soon. Due to its remote and unique location, you have to rely on the hotel to arrange any kind of shuttle service. It worked great, though.
