Great accommodation in a superb location near the city—everything is within walking distance, and there’s even a balcony. André offered useful restaurant and activity tips and listed them in the room. It was my first solo trip, and I felt safe both at the lodging and in the city. There’s essentially nothing to complain about; the hair dryer didn’t work, but that wasn’t a big deal because the warm weather dried my hair quickly.

The place sits on a quiet street close to the old town and center; the room is large, comfortable, and fully equipped with a kitchen, and the owner is very helpful, communicating well and meeting our needs promptly.

The bed was very comfortable, though the pillow cover had a slight odor. The bathroom is a nice size and clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped, which is very handy. Opening the key and locking the door is difficult, and the sound insulation is poor—loud conversations or music from the next door at midnight and in the morning disturb sleep.
