Fernanda is a gem. When a booking glitch popped up, she fixed it instantly and no extra charge. I've stayed at big 5‑star chains, but her service tops them. Breakfast was amazing and she tweaks the menu to suit guests. She also gave us a dryer and iron for our 127V gear—thoughtful and helpful.

We were greeted warmly and the breakfast was a real treat. The only downside? The bathroom doesn’t have an exhaust fan, so it can get stuffy.

The lodge is a real charm—clean, great spot, and the host was super polite, welcoming, and attentive. She made us feel right at home and shared great restaurant tips. We’re definitely coming back.
