We were turned away on the grounds that the site didn’t pay. We had to scramble to find a place to sleep, which caused us to miss our excursion. Worse, they demanded $80 in cash for a room. Absolutely avoid this place.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that this hotel was crawling with roaches. The staff seemed completely unbothered by the infestation, and to make matters worse, they claimed we didn't have a reservation when we arrived. Needless to say, our stay was cut short.

I'm writing this review as a warning to others: stay far, far away from this dump. They're online, but don't be fooled - they don't take online payments, and they'll take your money anyway. When I tried to check in, they made up lies about me and refused to let me stay. I was left to sleep in my car in freezing temperatures. The staff is completely unprofessional and will rip you off.

I was pleasantly surprised by the peaceful and secure environment surrounding the hotel. The room itself was spacious and immaculately maintained, and the staff were always quick to help with any issues that arose. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.
