Everything was cleaned to a high standard and the whole facility felt very clean. The food was delicious. Fresh flowers were displayed everywhere; the dinner and breakfast were served in the same room, but the arrangements of the flowers differed, showing thoughtful care. The staff were all smiling and helpful.

The building seemed historic but was kept very tidy, making it pleasant to use. The owner and the other staff provided excellent service. The food was very tasty and generous in portion.

A perfect stay in the mountains near Iida, a peaceful, wholesome experience with a unique cave onsen, beautiful zen tatami rooms, and a 12‑course menu that was freshly prepared and delivered with care and love.

The hot spring was good and the view was nice. There were no other facilities around the area.

The food was tasty, the nights were quiet, and the surroundings of the inn were peaceful and lovely. The toilet near the dining area was a Japanese style, which made it uncomfortable to relax.
