The old villa was spacious and set in a gorgeous mountain setting; Rachel, our host, was very friendly and made a tasty breakfast. We enjoyed watching the local birds and taking walks nearby, but it was a shame the owners weren’t present because we felt we might not have gotten the full experience. The frittata was delicious, yet we weren’t offered tea, coffee or juice even though the price was fairly high—AUS$29 each.

The location is beautiful with spectacular views, the value is great, and the accommodations are very comfortable.
