The reception staff were helpful, but the bedding was old, yellowed, stained, and smelled bad. Pillows were stained, pillowcases yellowed. Bath towels were old and yellowed. The shower box had dirty tiles, sludge in the grout and on the glass track. The toilet was dirty.
