The gate sits on the main and busy road, and the management of entrance and exit needs improvement because vehicles queue into the road, creating a risk of motor vehicle accidents.

The location and staff service were excellent, yet the internet was slow.

The place is very pretty, but the restaurant’s breakfast was fine while the staff weren’t very welcoming; the lady who helps walk‑in customers shout at her colleagues in front of diners, which feels unethical and unfriendly, and customers would prefer a team that shares positive energy.

The room was really comfortable, the bed was huge and comfy, the hotel staff were very kind and helpful, and the on‑site restaurant was also very good and affordable.
