The staff were friendly and kept checking if I was still coming. The shower water leaked onto the floor, no hot water came from the tap, and there weren’t enough blankets. The room had no air‑conditioner, only a wall heater that was unreasonable to use at the door. Noise from other tenants made it a total disaster.
