There was no breakfast and the place was in disrepair, with many issues. I had to sleep with the lights on and felt uneasy; it was a scary place to stay.

We never actually stayed at this hotel; we checked in, but the refrigerator, telephone, and air conditioner all failed, and we left after an hour or two because it wasn’t a place we wanted to stay. We’re asking for a refund since we didn’t stay.
