Some places just host you, others touch your heart, and this agriturismo is undoubtedly one of them. A true slice of paradise, surrounded by nature and quiet, where time seems to slow down to give moments of pure serenity. But the real magic lies in the people who guard it: owners Francesco and Mrs. Maria are exceptional, with a charming affection and kindness. From the very first instant we felt welcomed not as mere guests but as family, surrounded by genuine human warmth that is rare today. The highlight of this wonderful experience is the extraordinary kitchen. Their zero‑kilometre products are exceptional: genuine ingredients, real flavours, dishes made with love that you feel in every bite. It’s divine! Leaving this place was hard, but we go with a grateful heart and the certainty that we’ll return soon to “home.” Thanks for everything! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Obviously we’ll come back 😍❤️

A negative experience. I’m at a loss for words. The experience was very negative. The room was not compliant and the management was unacceptable. I want to point out that I often book through Booking and am a Genius level 2 customer, and a situation like this had never happened to me. We stayed at this property for two nights, paying for a room advertised as 70 m² for 4 people. The room we were given was significantly smaller than what was indicated in the booking, especially since we paid 160 € per night. Moreover, the room was attic‑style, with a low ceiling, a feature that was not at all mentioned or indicated at the time of booking. The bathroom situation was equally disappointing: the toilet was missing the toilet paper holder and the shower head was defective and could not be attached to the support, making the shower very uncomfortable. We immediately reported all the problems to the manager, expecting at least an attempt at resolution. The response was completely inadequate: we were told that the room would not be changed, that the toilet paper holder would not be replaced because, according to him, it is often broken and he does not want to keep spending 30 € to buy a new one, and that if we didn’t like it we could simply leave. Beyond the structural problems of the room, what struck us most was the manager’s attitude, rude and unprofessional, completely lacking willingness to accommodate guests who had paid for a specific service. It is unacceptable to pay for a room with precise characteristics and end up in a different accommodation, with a bathroom in questionable condition, and then be told that if we’re not satisfied we can just leave. I recommend against this property, especially for its customer management and total lack of willingness to resolve reported issues during the stay.

“All'altezza delle aspettative”

Great breakfast. A quiet spot surrounded by nature. I didn’t use the food service. The air‑conditioner was a bit noisy.

The building itself and especially the pool were great, but there was a shortage of staff at the tables, the breakfast organization was lacking, and there was no buffet with a variety of choices.

“Il potenziale c'è! Ma va gestito meglio!!!!”

I liked the outdoor areas like the pool, solarium, and patio, and the room was nicely furnished (just the mattress could be better). However, customer service and food quality need improvement, especially since you’re an agriturismo and people expect homemade cakes, rustic bread with preserves, cheese, cured meats, and seasonal fruit. The potential is there, but it has to be managed better.
