It was warm, safe, very clean, staff lovely, great location. Shame the pool couldn’t be used because apparently other visitors had broken it; it needed cleaning, filling, and fixing. Hopefully they sort it out for summer, as most visitors would love to refresh themselves. I love swimming in the morning and afternoon.

The hotel’s close proximity to the hospital and the friendly manager were definite pluses, but everything felt a bit worn out. The TV was tiny and the picture quality was poor, and the place could use some investment. I couldn’t reach the bedside lamp from the bed, and the fridge had no fresh milk or water.

The facility was accessible with good sleeping and dining areas in the room, but there was no ventilation in the bathroom, so the rooms were very damp in the morning, and the cabinetry in the kitchen and bathroom needs updating.
