“Pocit nepříjemný zůstal. Stačilo pozorně poslouchat a přečíst email”
I was greeted by a receptionist who seemed unhelpful, saying my reservation had been cancelled and that the Radisson was full with no available rooms, only offering to arrange another hotel. I mentioned that I had a confirmation and that the hotel was paid for. Fortunately, a young man who had read an email and was monitoring the computer found everything.
Sehr gutes, vielfältiges Frühstück
“Haven’t booked if it weren’t cheap”
The location is good, right next to the central station, and the hotel is new. The shower head was broken, the Wi‑Fi was unusable, the breakfast was average, and luggage was returned without checking the rightful owners.
Alles sehr nett und gute Lage. Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Strompreis für unser hybrid Auto. Pauschale ist sehr hoch. Für ein vollelektrisches in Ordnung, aber für ein hybrid nicht
- used towels had been removed and not replaced - The bed had not been made - teacups and glasses had not been replaced or washed - minibar (used tea and coffee bags had not been replaced with new ones)
