The house is clean, tidy and fully furnished, with warm hosts. Lots of amenities: free canoes, a heated hot tub, and a tasty breakfast. Bala’s small town has nice shops, bars and cafés all close to the house, and the river and marina right outside let you jump straight into a canoe. The mattress was very soft and a bit saggy.

We had an amazing time, couldn't bring ourselves to leave. The place is huge, feels like a house, and it's a short walk to the town and the water.

The spot in Bala is perfect for walking to everything. The owners are super warm and friendly, made us feel right at home. Loved it, definitely coming back.
