It was a lovely spot to unwind after several days of travel. I chose this place because it’s a bit out of town, has nice views and a pool. Very quiet. Just a few minutes into town and the national park. The family‑run business is English‑speaking and very welcoming. There’s a large TV with app access for evening entertainment, a kitchen to prepare meals if you wish, and a big fridge. Breakfast was fantastic and really set you up for the day. Be warned, there’s a hill to climb or you’ll need a taxi to get into or out of town.

The view from the hotel was fantastic, the garden was well cared for, the owner was super attentive, and the room‑service breakfast was very good. It was a bit tight for three, but we managed.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the pool was a treat. The location is perfect for Cahuita National Park and the beach, plus the breakfast was delicious. The only downside was the Wi‑Fi was down, which was a bit of a bummer for our teens.
