It was a good stay.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel due to a faulty air conditioning system that didn't work throughout my entire visit. As a result, my room felt suffocating and I didn't get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, I was not provided with complimentary mineral water, which I consider a basic amenity. The hotel fell short of its commitments in terms of room condition and amenities, and I hope they take steps to rectify these issues.
