The place itself wasn't bad. On the booking it said the property had a pool, which was the only reason we booked it. There was no pool and both the property and the staff kept passing the buck to each other. I couldn't get a refund so we couldn't stay somewhere else. Still haven't heard back since. It ruined our stay in Atami.
