The experience was great, and it was also great.

I never actually stayed there; when I arrived, bugs were on the bed, towels and white bedding were dirty—pictures show it. The wall was sweating, there was a damp smell, and the shower and toilet were dirty. The carpet had a lot of debris. The property didn't match the online pictures, so I want a refund even though I didn't stay.

Nothing positive. The listing claimed a two‑bedroom apartment, but it turned out to be a guesthouse.

Nothing positive. We were locked inside and terrified, wondering what they intended to do. There was no water, no staff to talk to, and we had to break the gate motor ourselves to leave.
