Corinne and Philippe welcomed me warmly and were always on hand; we had pleasant conversations and shared moments. The suite felt a bit cluttered with too many decorative items.

The location is close to the city centre and the breakfast was good. Taste is debatable, but the room you sleep in is completely packed with Indian items, a real carnival. If you like that, it can be cozy. I found it less charming that after booking it turned out the owner expected an extra 45 euros for using the second bed (even though you booked a room with a large bed and two separate beds) because some fine‑print implied a couple would share a bed. When I pointed this out before our arrival, the owner agreed to the agreed amount, but then just before departure, after breakfast, he asked for it again. In the end we settled it in the middle, but that was a very annoying way to handle things.
