After a long day of working around the area, I booked this place hoping to catch some sleep, but it turned out to be a disaster. The room was filthy and smelled like old socks everywhere. The owner was hosting other guests, and the noise level was so high it was impossible to relax. I left after just 15 minutes, asking for a refund that he denied and behaved rudely. I tried calling London customer service twice, but both calls were dropped with no help. The experience was completely unacceptable, both with the property and the customer service. I will never book again. Very disappointing and unprofessional!

Nothing positive to say. The bed linen looked unclean, the room felt stuffy, and the ventilation was terrible.

The place was very clean and quiet, and the staff were friendly. The only downside is that it’s a little far from all the amenities.

“very very bad”

It was a terrible experience: I booked a room and when I got there they said check‑in starts at 3 pm, but no one came. I waited 2 hours outside in the rain, and when they finally handed me the key, the next morning they knocked on my door at 9 am to check out. Wtf. All of it was bad; never recommend this place.
