“Nice apartment not far from Fíra, the airport or Kamari beach”
I really appreciated the calm atmosphere and the distant sea view. The host was kind and helpful, even waiting for me with a bottle of mineral water in the fridge because tap water isn’t recommended in Santorini. The apartment is clean, simple, and has everything you’d need for a short stay, though you might need a little patience for the shower’s hot water to kick in. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was generous. Getting to Fira is easy: a 25‑minute walk (watch out for the lack of sidewalks), or you can take the bus—just a 5–6 minute walk to the stop, then another 6–7 minutes to Fira. The fare is 2.20 € per person. If you drive, parking is available, making it convenient to get around. Food stores line the road toward Fira, and there’s a good greengrocer right before Fira. There were no additional negatives.
