I asked for a room change because of cigarette smell, but there were no rooms available, so I stayed. The bed itself smelled, so I put a blanket over it and slept on top of that.

I chose a non‑smoking room, but it still had a cigarette odor. Breakfast was included, yet it was just boiled eggs, white bread, cornflakes, and ramen—underwhelming.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean. I appreciated that breakfast was included, though it would be nicer if the coffee machine in the first‑floor lobby was in the breakfast area. Everything else was perfect, and I’ll definitely book again if I go back to Ulsan. By the way, the electric blanket on the bed made for a wonderful, deep sleep—something I’ve only experienced here. The heater broke due to overheating, but the blanket saved the night.
