The place was peaceful, relaxing, friendly, almost idyllic, and everything was spotless, even the pool; the grounds were well kept and secluded, and breakfast was brilliant. Nothing was wrong—if anything, the Oliva itself could use an update, but everyone was very friendly.

This 300‑year‑old house in an orchard has a beautiful large pool, rustic stylish interior, a spacious room (la abuela in our case) and a practical bathroom with double sink, nice shower, bidet, toilet and a towel rack for your beach towels. The B&B provides cotton towels for the pool and soft towels for the bathroom. The bedroom is spacious, well furnished, good air‑conditioning and in our case had two single beds. The staff welcomed you and gave a tour with explanations. There is a fridge with a “fair” bar, and each room has a zone in the fridge and freezer to store your own items—super practical! Breakfast was wonderful, with a huge variety of cheeses, cold cuts, breads, fresh fruit, honey, yogurt, and homemade pastries. An egg was prepared on the spot to your liking, chocolate spread and (Lotus) speculoos spread. We ate outside on the terrace with other guests on nice weather, which was delightful; on bad weather we ate in the breakfast room, which was also nice to sit in. Owner Pablo and host Celine truly spoiled us. This is a gem. PS You can park your car safely inside the gate under a carport. It is recommended to bring your own transport if you want to explore the area.

The staff treated us wonderfully and made us feel at home, yet the location was far from the beach even though the surroundings were beautiful.

We couldn’t have been more comfortable! It’s a very special place with very special people. If we return to Oliva, we’ll definitely stay here again. Pablo, Celia and all the staff are very pleasant. The house is beautiful and has a pool. The room was very comfortable and lovely. It’s worth it, don’t even think about it. We’ll be back again with love.

Honestly, it was a very pleasant stay, especially the staff’s treatment. My only suggestion is a remote‑control gate opener so you can open the entrance gate without leaving the car.
