The location is the main selling point. The photos are more beautiful than the real thing. Several details were neglected (e.g. broken shower accessories, only two plugs, fragile shelves among others) and the host’s attitude was not always helpful. I advise checking the cleaning service beforehand so you don’t end up finding the room in the same condition you left it (including the toilets) when you return.

The location is optimal, just a few steps from Palermo’s cathedral and convenient for reaching any point of interest. The room is definitely large for a double, making it absolutely perfect. Everything is very modern in terms of furnishings. Suggestion: for the room, maybe add an extra support for luggage given the available space, and a few more pieces of furniture in the bathroom to hold products, because the small sink area isn’t enough. The room was clean overall, but the shower head was still full of limescale and the shower support was broken. Otherwise nothing to report.
