The staff understood our concern, showed us another room—which was the same—and then agreed to cancel and give a refund without any drama. The photos didn’t reflect the rooms; the rooms were dirty and smelly. The whole neighbourhood is disgusting with shady people, and the surroundings had brothels and adult clubs.

There was no soundproofing, it was too noisy. The old door rattled. The bathroom had a broken light fixture and one dim bulb. Water in the fridge cost 12k per bottle.

The staff were friendly. The beach was too far away, the equipment was old and broken (the TV had to be replaced), and the kettle was faulty.
