We couldn’t be happier! The location in Naples is unbeatable, with all amenities, amazing cafés and restaurants within walking distance, and easy public transport. Our room was the blue one and had all the cooking facilities, a comfortable bed for a good rest, great air‑conditioning, and a modern bathroom. Communication with the hostess was excellent—easy, accessible, and practical—and the cleaning lady was a darling, leaving the room spotless every day, very friendly and kind. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a central Naples location with comfort and great value.

The spot is spot on and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The room, however, had a bit of dust and a few hairs from previous guests; the shower door didn’t close properly and had noticeable limescale; the toilet seat kept moving as soon as you sat on it; and the sink didn’t drain well.
