The location was excellent, the view from our room of St. Mary River was beautiful, the staff was great, the restaurant was excellent, and when the whole river‑front area lost power during a thunderstorm the staff came around to help us enter our rooms and check on guests; the only downside was that there was never enough coffee in the room, and because there was a Starbucks in the lobby, no coffee was available there for guests.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was superb, the breakfast crew was very friendly, the front desk was very accommodating, and there was a Starbucks on site; the downside was that there was no hand soap at the sink and it could use more cleaning because it was clogging.

Clean and well kept. Too close to the ice machine, which was in heavy use. Should have had a partial sound barrier
