This onsen is fantastic, the rooms are spectacular, and on our second visit to Tokachigawa Moor everything felt first class; the meals were beautifully crafted, the service was friendly and personal, and it was the most relaxing experience I’ve had.

Everything about this hotel was top-notch - the cleanliness, the food, the Onsen, and the staff were all excellent. It was like stepping into a different world. The only thing that was a bit of a surprise was that there wasn't a gift shop on site, but that was actually kind of refreshing. The only thing that would make me go back more often is if the prices were a bit lower.
