The staff were amazing. The food was wonderful, though the location was a bit disappointing.

The landscape was beautiful, the staff extremely kind, and even though we arrived after check‑in time they welcomed us and helped carry all our luggage, including the baby stroller.

The location is in a superb area, arranged with great taste, everything very well kept, the room cute, rustic, with beautiful wooden details. It was warm and clean, everything wonderful. The restaurant food was excellent and I want to compliment the lady who served us for her kindness and promptness. The pool water was warm. I highly recommend this place. I would suggest better lighting in the pool area; the dark tiles give a sense of gloom.

We liked the location, the pool was well maintained, the staff friendly, and the cleanliness. The food disappointed us, except for the soups and breakfast. It felt like fast food. There were no adequate lockers at the pool. The equipment in the game room was quite old and degraded.
