Location, the grounds, the managers and the size of the unit had everything we needed. We loved being able to walk up a path to the beach, and the playground for our 2‑year‑old grandson was a bonus. The outdoor spa was a bit too cold and the TV unit was a little dusty (but I know it’s hard to find good cleaners).

Central location. The car didn’t fit under the covered parking, but that’s fine. Plenty of street parking.

The hotel was spacious enough for our family, but it felt much older than the pictures suggested; the bathroom window was broken, the toilet seemed unflushed before we arrived, and the curtains were either fully open or closed with no sheers, so privacy with light was an issue.

The location was excellent, near the beach, surf club, and Cotton Tree shops, and the pool was a big plus when the beach was too windy; however, the unit was quite outdated and not as nice as I’d expected for the price, and the games room, including the pool table, required extra fees, so we didn’t use it.
