I've had the pleasure of staying at this hotel several times before, but my latest experience was a complete letdown. I'm not sure if it's due to the pandemic or a change in management, but everything seemed to be in disarray. Although I did have a great interaction with Bruno Kato, who was incredibly friendly and helpful, it wasn't enough to save my overall stay. Unfortunately, this disastrous experience has made me vow never to return.
