The free bath, popsicles, and lactic drinks were nice, and the front desk was kind. The bathroom door, when opened, blocks the hallway.

I appreciated the natural hot spring, the ice after bathing, and the late‑night ramen service. I had to bother the front desk several times over the card key issue, but they handled it with a smile and it was helpful. No other issues come to mind.
