The view from the place is gorgeous and the whole spot feels spotless. The host was super friendly and the common sit‑out was a nice touch. Breakfast was a real treat. On the downside, the immaculate cleanliness felt a little too clinical – I was constantly worried about leaving a mess. And when the staff came in to clean while I was out, they didn’t give me a heads‑up, which felt a bit intrusive.

The location is great – quiet, and about a 20‑30 minute walk to the glacier. Breakfast starts early, so you can catch the first gondola without the crowds. The host lady was very kind and made the stay feel welcoming.

Private parking right at the house, clean surroundings, and a top‑notch breakfast. Inside, there’s a ski room with shoe dryers. A shuttle runs nearby, and driving to Stubai takes about 30 minutes.
