Very French, very quaint, great location, good breakfast. The lighting needs fixing – I couldn’t read at night because the lights were poorly positioned and there was no central light in the room. The towels were very rough; they either need replacing or a conditioner added during washing. Also, to reach the room you have to climb external stone steps, which was difficult for us.

The water is a beautiful property and everything is arranged to make you feel comfortable. The owner was very friendly and offered us to enjoy his magnificent park (unfortunately we couldn’t because the weather wasn’t good). The room was lovely, we felt at home… and a small extra that we really liked: a radiator in the bathroom. There was no option to dine in the village, but 10 minutes by car we found very good restaurants (not suitable if you don’t have a car). A park is next to the accommodation.
